2017 TAPPI International Conference on Nanotechnology for Renewable Materials

Conference Snapshot: 

Over 300 delegates from 31 countries participated in Montreal, Quebec, Canada for the 2017 International Conference on Nanotechnology for Renewable Materials.   This set a record attendance for the conference now in its 12th year.  The program highlighted over 110 technical presentations on production, characterization, applications and functionalization of renewable nano materials.  We are also pleased to announce this conference included a three track program throughout the event.   

A Buzz of Activities:  3 Keynotes, 1 lunch sponsorship talk, Tour of FPInnovations  5 table top displays, 2-NanoDivision Awards were presented, Health, Safety, and Environmental Considerations for Bio/Nano Technologies Workshop, Panel Discussions, Young Professional Mixer, our FIRST End Users Panel Discussion  and FIRST Career Panel (host by the Student Committee) , student poster session, conference dinner cruise on the Saint Lawrence River, etc.
